I have the Samsung UN46B/8000 and judge its image quality as excellent. I do however notice strange artifacts that crop up during motion in a small band surrounding the moving object. A person walking through a room and their head, against a clear or solid background will have a distorted band about an inch wide surrounding their head. It only happens where there is movement and a solid or plain background. If it happens against a detailed background I can't detect the distortion. I am hoping for a firmware fix.
